The MB 160D is a high-frequency electrosurgical unit sutable for small and medium surgery.
The unit integrates digital power reading and monitoring of emission parameters via a microcontroller.

Clinical advantages and features

The device ensures operational safety with continuous monitoring of the neutral electrode connection (possibility of split electrodes), plate/patient circuit control, and self-diagnosis. Power delivery can be activated via the handpiece or foot pedal, allowing for interventions without distractions from the surgical field. It stores the last settings and allows adjustment of the sound indicator intensity.

Areas of use

Indications: outpatient surgery and small/medium interventions (dermatology, ENT, urology, gynecology, vascular surgery, plastic surgery, pediatric surgery, emergency room) and veterinary/dental applications. It can be used both in outpatient clinics and in operating rooms as well as veterinary facilities.

Operational features

The device offers selectable cutting and coagulation modes (pure CUT, BLEND, FORCED COAG, SOFT COAG) and, through an adapter or forceps purchased separately, bipolar coagulation.
