Legal warranty

All purchases made on Doctor Shop are covered by the legal warranty, which is valid for 24 months for consumers and 12 months for professionals or those using the product for professional purposes. According to the law, any defect discovered must be reported to Doctor Shop within 8 days. The legal warranty does not cover accidental damage or failure due to improper use. Manufacturer’s Conventional Warranty

In addition to the legal warranty, some products sold on our site may also come with a "conventional" manufacturer’s warranty, which extends beyond the legal timeframe. For example, some ECG machines come with warranties of up to 5 years!
