Ambu 1500 ml oxygen reservoir designed as a replacement component for Ambu Mark IV resuscitators. The reservoir bag increases the inspiratory oxygen content during manual ventilation, enhancing the O2 supply to critical patients.
When mounted on the Ambu Mark IV resuscitator, the bag provides nearly 100% O2 at 6 l/min, improving the effectiveness of manual ventilation compared to use without a reservoir. It is autoclavable and made from heat-resistant material to allow repeated sterilization cycles in a hospital environment.
Indicated for emergency departments, first aid, anesthesia, intensive care, pre-hospital resuscitation services (ambulance), and intra-hospital transport. Usable in hospital and extra-hospital environments where manual ventilation with high concentration of O2 is required.
Intended use: increase in inspiratory oxygen content during manual ventilation with Ambu Mark IV resuscitators. Installation occurs via direct connection to the resuscitator's inlet valve; no additional adapters are required.
