BOFAP is a patented disposable mouthpiece filter made from cardboard for spirometric examinations. It combines the convenience of a mouthpiece with filtration functionality. It is designed to reduce the risk of cross-contamination between patients and to help maintain the hygiene of the equipment during testing.

It is compatible with Micromedical, MIR, Vitalograph, Contec, and Viasys (for spirometers produced until 2021).

Features

The filter material bag is welded inside the mouthpiece, and laboratory tests have confirmed the removal of up to 99.99% of particles down to 0.2 microns.

The product is completely recyclable, reduces plastic use by 99% compared to traditional filters, and is individually packaged in transparent biodegradable film.
