cubeabpm
cubeabpm is the complete solution to manage the holter exam
(ABPM or MAPA). cubeabpm has, in one application, alle the tipical
procedures of an ABPM exam: from managing the recorder to download the
data to PC and their automatic saving, from automatic analysis to
revision, up to printing the final report and export of it in electronic
format. cubeabpm can be used on a single PC or connected to a many
different cube hosts in a working network.
Main features of cubeabpm:
1. User Interface
cubeabpm uses the graphic potential of Windows (compatible up
to W10), guiding even the less experienced users to the correct
execution of an ABPM exam. cubeabpm has 6 main pages, each one dedicated
to a characteristic aspect of the exam:
• the measures page shows the chronogram of the exam and the
relative table for the measurements of systolic, diastolic, average and
heart rate.
• the average page shows the averaged values of the program variables, represented in the form of a chronogram and cakes
• the statistics page offers all the statistical tools for the analysis of the exam.
• the comparison page allows you to compare two or more exams
belonging to the same patient, synchronizing them according to different
criteria.
• the mycube page is entirely customizable by the user and is
therefore composed of the freely chosen charts or tables from a list.
• the report page allows you to write conclusions, configure
the final print document or choose one of those already stored in the
system and then proceed to print.
2. Usage profile
The operator can choose to use all the views provided by
cubeabpm or can select and use only those that are closest to his needs
and his analysis philosophy.
3. Automatic analysis
The automatic analysis is based on statistical calculations
made starting from the measurements made by the recorder and presents
these data in different graphic forms, depending on which clinical
aspect you want to emphasize. cubeabpm presents, already at the first
opening of the exam, a complete and detailed report of the measurements
made.
4. Memorization of exams
cubeabpm integrates a database dedicated to the storage and
organization of the acquired exams. cubeabpm places at the center of the
system the patient for whom a virtual medical record is created in
which all the examinations performed by cube workstations are
automatically stored.
5. Exam management
cubeabpm offers a system of predefined views on the database
which can be accessed with dedicated icons on the toolbar: the operator
can therefore quickly access the exam list to be reported, proceed to
reading and then to the signature of each of them. The program also
integrates a long-term archiving function of the database, which allows
the exams already analyzed to be transferred to an external support (CD,
DVD, etc.), always keeping the database online, for a brief
consultation, patient records and global data of the historicized exam.
cubeabpm also allows you to carry out advanced searches using the
patient's registry, examination or acquisition device as search
parameters.
6. Management of examination preparation and discharge procedures
cubeabpm offers an innovative management of the preparation and
discharge procedures to the exam PC. Through guided procedures the
operator concludes successfully and without wasting both the preparation
of the recorder and the download of the exam to a PC, correctly
managing the patient's personal data, entering indications and
therapies, programming the duration of the exam and e of the type of
registration profile to use.
7. Sharing the database with other cube stations
cubeabpm was born with the ability to share the database with
other cube workstations. Through this feature it is possible to optimize
the work of your clinic-ward according to your clinical needs. For
example, it is possible to dedicate workstations to the discharge of the
exam, others to the analysis or the execution of different diagnostic
methods such as stress test, Holter ECG and ECG at rest.
