Grassolind^® Neutral is a woven dressing impregnated with non-medicated neutral ointment. It is permeable to air and exudate, and the ointment layer is not washed away even in cases of abundant exudation.

The dressing can be easily cut to size and is suitable for long-term use without causing sensitization or allergic reactions.

Indications for Use

It is indicated for the general treatment of wounds, particularly to keep the edges of the lesion soft and elastic. It is used in abrasions, skin lacerations, burns, and sunburns.

It is also used in plastic and aesthetic surgery to cover the donor site of skin grafts and to secure split-skin grafts, as well as in dermatology for patients with sensitive skin or sensitivities to certain medications.

Area of Use

The product is intended for dressing in hospital, outpatient, and home settings when a gentle and non-adherent protective barrier is needed over the wound.

Its structure makes it suitable for situations where it is important to protect the healing tissue and facilitate the removal of the dressing without trauma.

Neutral Composition

The ointment contains white petrolatum, diglycerol carbonate and dicarbonate fatty acid esters, and synthetic wax.

The absence of pharmacological active ingredients is a distinctive feature of the product, useful for patients with reactive skin or intolerances to specific topical treatments.
